Isela was an old witch from the ancient Talfirc city of Talis.[1]
Description
She had Dark eyes and wrinkled skin.[1]
Abilities
She had magic.[2]
History
When the Fellowship of the Dreaming Dragon passed through Talis in 1364 DR, she told them about the prophecy and gave the mage Morhion Gen'dahar a magical ring set with a violet stone, and a book, On the Nature of Shadows.[3] She was thought to be defeated by Shadowhounds, but no one can say for sure.[4]
Rumors & Legends
She was the one that remained in Talis awaiting the child wizard of the Talfirc Prophecy.[5]
