High Lord Istasfis Nsaran was a yuan-ti member of House Jennestas tribe that was the ruler of Mhairhetel on the Chultan Peninsula.[2][1]
Activities[]
Istasfis inherited his title of High Lord when he married the widow of Mhairhetel's previous ruler, Lord Rhaunister.[1]
