Jallian Horgontivar was a cleric of Lathander living in the small village of Feather Falls in the late 14th century DR. Jallian had achieved the rank of Morninglord and headed the temple known as the House of Morning, the only temple of significance in Featherdale at the time. Under his order were 16 other priests and acolytes who also served Lathander.[1][2]
