King Jarund Elkhardt (pronounced: /jɑːˈruːnd ˈɛlkhɑːrt/ yah-ROOND ELK-hart[3]) was the leader of the Reghedmen Tribe of the Elk barbarians during the late 15th century DR.[1]
Description[]
Physically, King Jarund was an imposing man of great stature with a face hardened by many years. In contrast, he ruled with an exceptional care and wise decision-making.[1]
History[]
In the Year of the Narthex Murders, 1482 DR, the king's son Jarund Twice-Born was slain by a bear. Jarund the elder struggled to name an heir to his rule.[2]
