Kargien Dissengulp was a deep gnome burrow warden in Blingdenstone.[1]
History[]
Kargien was a burrow warden who had escaped from Blingdenstone in 1371 DR.
Circa 1439 DR. he led the first expedition back to the ruins of the city and started reconstruction.
In 1479 DR, he was busy trying to clear the city from all hostile factions and so hired adventurers.[1]

Kargien liked to be the chief.[1]
