Kaspler "the Learned" was the seventh Obarskyr monarch and King of Cormyr for six years. His reign started in Year of the Monotonous Speech, 84 DR at the death of his father, and ended in Year of the Moor Birds, 90 DR when he died heir-less and the throne passed to his younger brother Imbre. [1]
