The Keel Hall was a festhall located in the middle level of Skullport during the 14th century DR.[1]
History[]
The hall was closed down after the Spellplague struck Toril in the Year of Blue Fire, 1385 DR, and never reopened its doors. In the following years, the abandoned building was used as a hideout by members of the Zhentarim.[1]
