Khamtar Raofal was a ship captain from Caer Callidyrr and the regional agent of the Moonstars for the Moonshae Isles, Lantan and Ruathym in the Year of the Tankard, 1370 DR.[1]
History

Originally from Callidyrr, Khamtar was captain of the Raven's Eye, a ship that sailed the Sword Coast from Lantan to Luskan. At one point he was recruited into the Moonstars.[1]
