Kisonraathiisar was the first king of Watergate. He founded Watergate in an effort to build a kingdom that would survive the effects of the King-Killer Star.[1] He was slowly destroyed[2] by Saldrinar “of the Seven Spells”, a Netherese wizard[3], in -349 DR (Year of Bold Poachers). [4][5] Saldrinar became the first human king of Watergate.
His corpse is kept in a secret subbasement below Castle Thalavar in Westgate.[1]
