Kormallis Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Kormallis.[1][2][3]
Location[]
The villa was located in the eastern section of Waterdeep's North Ward on the south side of Hassantyr's Street where it was intersected by Ussilbran Street. Endcliff Lane passed by the back of the estate.[4][5][6][7]
Description[]
The walled compound contained five buildings with one found in the center. All five buildings were either one or two storys tall.[3]
