The Korred language was the racial language of korreds, a type of fey.[1][2]

Speakers[]

Beyond korreds themselves, Korred was a common secondary language among other fey creatures, such as oreads[3] and satyrs.[1]

Korred was also fairly common as a secondary language among druids devoted to certain nature deities.[4][5][6][7][8][9] These included the druids of Chauntea,[4][10] druids of Eldath,[5] druids and druid/rangers of Mielikki,[6] the druids of Silvanus,[7] the druids of Sheela Peryroyl,[8] and the druids of Shiallia.[9] Other forms of specialty priests in the Realms for whom Korred was a commonly known secondary language included the Eldathyn peacemen[5] and the Shiallian woodwives.[9]

Notable Speakers[]

  • Delishe and Ringken, two humans who along with the korred Mockingbird formed an aerialist act in the Jack Mooney & Sons Circus.[11]
