Kothont Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Kothont.[1][2][3]
Location[]
The villa was located in the west section of Waterdeep's North Ward at the intersection of Delzorin Street and Shield Street at the border with the Sea Ward. The east side of the villa also sat along Copper Street.[4][5][6][7]
Description[]
Four separate buildings composed the walled villa compound. Gardens and courtyards lay between each building. The buildings were one or two stories tall.[3]
