The Kraal Brook Massacre was a one-sided battle during the time of Netheril that saw the orcs of the Hidden Forest kill thousands of Netherese people.[1]

After being driven deeper into the Hidden Forest over thousands of years, the local orcs began taking the offensive again in 3170 NY (−689 DR). An army of orcs moved on Earsome and fell upon an in-progress religious festival being held at the nearby Kraal Brook, killing at least 2,000 humans. Four more major battles occurred over the following centuries, culminating with Earsome being utterly destroyed in the Earsome Massacre[1]
