The Land of the Dead, also referred to as the City of the Dead',[1] was a region in Mulhorand dedicated to housing that country's honored dead.[5][2][3][4]
Geography[]
The Land of the Dead was located near the town of Mishtan in the Great Vale on the western foothills of the Sword Mountains in southeast Mulhorand.[2][3][4]
Description[]
The burial grounds for the pharaohs and their families were located in the Land of the Dead. Tombs were constantly being erected here, planning for future pharoahs before their deaths. The holy vale hosted many pyramids, obelisks, ziggurats, all decorated with hieroglyphs and divine scenes. The grandest structure was the tomb of Horuseres II that was carved directly from the mountain face.[6][5]
Inhabitants[]
The depths of the city were infested with scores of undead, including skeletons and zombies.[1]
