The Leaping Hart Tavern was the most popular tavern in the city of Harglast, in the Windrise Ports of Laerakond. It also served as an inn and a gambling hall, and was the center of gossip in the city.[1]

The tavern served fine drinks and foods, and also allowed patrons to engage in gambling games. The most popular game was named Liar's Dice.[2]
Inhabitants
The proprietor of the Leaping Hart was an affable woman named Thelia Ondertos.[1]
