The Legacy of the Masters was a unique set of gauntlets of weapon expertise that originated from the kingdom of Threskel.[1]
Powers[]
The gauntlets allowed the wearer to attack with greater precision and force.[1]
History[]
Throughout their history, the Legacy of the Masters were owned by many different warriors, many of whom died in particularly gruesome ways.[1] One of the owners found death in the depths of the Fell Wood, west of the mountain town of Kuldahar. The gauntlets were stashed inside a hollow tree within the woods, surrounded my restless undead of creatures lured to their deaths by will-o'-wisps, as of the Year of the Griffon, 1312 DR.[2]
By the Year of the Banner, 1368 DR they had come into the possession of Meilum, the self-declared greatest swordsman of the Sword Coast.[1]
As of the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR, the gauntlets could be found in the city of Baldur's Gate.[3]
