Lord Llewellyn Longhand was the military commander of Daggerford during much of the 14th century DR.[2]
Activities[]
Llewellyn was the leader of the army of Daggerford. Once he had dreamed of ruling the duchy but changed his mind and continued his loyal service to Duke Pwyll Greatshout.[2]
History[]
Llewelyn was granted knighthood when he was rather young, having been appointed by Duke Conan Daggerford. He took on the role of Master–at–Arms in the Year of the Lion, 1340 DR.[3]
In the Year of the Wyvern, 1363 DR, Sir Llewellyn hired a group of adventurers to lead the Daggerford army against the Hordes of Dragonspear.[6] He was shot and killed by a trio of Barbazu sent by the Cornugon Vrag to assassinate Daggerford's military leader. While clerical intervention was possible to save his life, the specially-prepared arrow had damaged his life force as well as his body, leaving him comatose for some time and unable to participate in the Second Dragonspear War.[4]
His home in Daggerford was located along the northern stretch of Wall Street near Delfen's Tower.[7]
Relationship[]
Unknown to almost everyone besides himself, Llewellyn was the bastard son of Duke Conan Daggerford.[1]
