After this spell was cast, the cleric released a boisterous and jovial laugh. Only those that that were in earshot, and those were not of neutral alignment, could be affected by the spell. The caster released a joyous, boisterous laugh that heightened the morale of good creatures and weakened that of evil creatures.
Good creatures within the radius of the spell's target became less fearful, and more vigorous. Evil creatures within the spell's area that lacked willpower lost morale and were more prone to fear.
This spell could be cast verbally with no somatic or material components required.
- ↑ This spell was originally named Chaav's laugh in the Book of Exalted Deeds. Since it is in the joy domain which is in Lliira's portfolio, it was renamed in the Player's Guide to Faerûn.
