The Loyal Order of Innocents was an order of knights that was founded in Tethyr during the mid–14th century DR. It comprised some 70 paladins and holy fighters loyal to both the Tethyrian crown and the church of Torm.[1]
Activities[]
They claimed as their patron saint, Shield of Innocence, who was once a mortal orog that sacrificed his life in defense of Zazesspur.[1]
Possessions[]
Due to their close bond with the Tethyrian throne and nobility of Darromar, the paladins of the Loyal Order had access to tremendous wealth, despite the relative smaller size of their order.[1]
History[]
The Loyal Order was established by Queen Zaranda Star in the Year of the Gauntlet, 1369 DR, after her coronation following the Reclamation Wars.[1]
