Maerklos Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Maerklos.[1][2][3]
Location[]
The villa was located in the central section of Waterdeep's Sea Ward at the corner of Sulmor Street and Vhezoar Street, and part of the estate also lay along Brondar's Way.[4][5][6][7]

The buildings that composed the villa included one, two and four stories.[3]
