The magistrate's scepter was an ornate heavy mace found in the Storm Horns of Cormyr in the mid-1480s DR.[1][note 1]

The mace was given to Cormyrean adventurers after fighting Shadovar forces at Yarrow Glade in the Storm Horns.[1]
