History[]
These items were in use by the late 14th century DR. One of the mantles of Kossuth was a part of Mintassan's Mysteries's collection of curious in the city of Westgate. The planeswalking wizard was offering the cloak for sale as of the Year of Lightning Storms, 1374 DR.[1]
