Map House was the guildhall of the Waterdhavian guild known as the Surveyors', Map & Chart-Makers' Guild.[3][4][5][6]
Location[]
The Map House was located along Waterdeep Way,[3][4] in the Castle Ward of Waterdeep.[2][3][4][5] It neighbored the Fellowship Hall and House of Shyrrhr.[7]
Structure[]
This guildhall stood two-stories tall.[1][2]
Services[]
A large collection of maps and nautical charts was maintained in this building by the Surveyors', Map & Chart-Makers' Guild. From here one could sell maps or purchase them at 25 gold piece each. They also offered nine day delivery to any address in Waterdeep, as well as two day delivery for double the price.[3][4]
Reputation[]
Like other guildhalls in the Castle Ward, the Map House was considered by locals to be a landmark.[5]
