The Mariners' Hall was the guildhall of the Waterdhavian guild known as the Master Mariners' Guild.[1][4][5][6][7]

Location[]

This building was located along Cedar Street,[4][5] just off the Way of the Dragon,[1] in the Dock Ward of Waterdeep.[4][5]

Structure[]

Mariners' Hall stood three-stories tall.[2][3][note 1] The building was in a wattle-and-daub style[1] and its roof featured a minaret.[8][9]

Interior[]

The main floor of the Mariners' Hall featured full tavern facilities, a private bar for visiting members of the Master Mariners' Guild. Elsewhere in the building were accommodations, also for visiting members of the guild.[4]

Reputation[]

The Mariners' Hall was among some of the more notable and recognizable buildings in the Dock Ward, considered by locals to be a landmark.[1][6]

Trivia[]

Behind a loose stone in the minaret atop this roof was a cavity where the wizard Coril hid their spellbooks.[8][9]
