Marksmanship hat's minor enchantment aided the wearer with their aim and guided the unleashed missiles towards their targets.[1]
History[]
One such hat belonged to Roah Moonglow, a merchant and an agent of Zhentarim who worked with the members of the Cult of the Absolute in the Year of Three Ships Sailing, 1492 DR and visited the cult's lair in the Moonrise Towers to trade.[1]
