A mask of the beast was a magical mask that allowed the wearer to better interact with beasts.[1]
Description[]
Masks of the beast were shaped in the likeness of a beast's visage[1] and were often ornately decorated.[2]
Powers[]
The mask granted its wearer the benefits of the animal friendship spell up to three times a day. It then recharged its magic at every dawn.[1] It was said that powerful druids and sorcerers could use a mask of the beast to exert influence over large groups of animals.[2]
