Midani is a regional tongue of North Faerûn, and the main language of the Anauroch Desert's Bedine nomads. It evolved from the old Netherese tongue spoken in Low Netheril (High Netheril being the flying cities), and is now a language commonly spoken in the Anauroch, Nimbral, and the Western Heartlands.[1]
