17 Mirtul, or the 17th of the Melting, is the 139th day of the year in the Calendar of Harptos.

- In 1373 DR, Sundabar came under siege by the Scoured Legion from Hellgate Keep but won the day. Legion leader Kaanyr Vhok and his consort Aliisza, fled for the Elemental Plane of Fire through a portal beneath the city, leaving the Legion fractured.[1]
