Moonshae whiskey was an expensive alcoholic drink exported from the Moonshae Isles.[2]
Availability[]
The whiskey was sold as early as the Year of the Griffon, 1312 DR, in the city of Targos of Icewind Dale, at The Salty Dog bar. The drink was among the most expensive items on the menu, sold for fifteen gold pieces by the tavern's portly proprietor Gohar.[2] As of the Year of the Staff, 1366 DR, pricy Moonshae whiskey could be found as far south as the city of Calimport in Calimshan.[1]
