Neverwinter Nights: Mobile was a mobile game developed by FloodGate Entertainment (the developer of the Neverwinter Nights: Shadows of Undrentide) and published by JAMDAT Mobile in 2004.[2][3][4][5][6][7]
Development[]
Background music was taken from (or heavily influenced by) BioWare's NWN game.[2]
The game allowed players to download new objects and locations from the internet. [expand][3][5][7][8]
Gameplay[]
Character creation[]
The game used the 3rd Edition D&D rules.[3] The player could choose between seven races and seven classes (barbarian, cleric, fighter, monk, paladin, rogue, and sorcerer).[2] After rolling a dice the player could distribute points between 6 characteristics. It was possible to re-roll the stats unlimited amount of times, until the player was satisfied.[4][6]
The player could choose between character portraits taken from BioWare's Neverwinter Nights.[7][2]
Neverwinter Nights Mobile is divided into two maps. You have the world map and then the playing area.[3]

Plot[]
Chapter 1[]
In the first chapter, the player starts as a foster child of a Dusk Circle druid (Meleanth[speculation]). The adopted father entrusts the character with the mission of uncovering the source of a blight, described as mysterious black smoke, tainting the forest's inhabitants and menacing the Dusk Circle Grove and the Kryptgarden Forest.[2][4][7]
Eventually, it's revealed that the blight stems from displaced dwarves mining ore in the forest. The dwarven leader (Kosset[speculation]) agrees to cease their metallurgical activities upon completion of various quests.[2] Much of the playtime is spent mediating conflicts between the druid and the dwarven leader. The character's heroic endeavors include confronting kobolds, thieves guilds, undead, orcs, and tainted fire elementals.[4][7]
