The Newborn Celebration was a holiday that celebrated the lions of the Vilhon Reach and the rebirth of the deity Nobanion.[1][3]
It took place during the third week of Kythorn,[1] exactly three and a half months after the Festival of the Pride in Ches. This time represented the gestation period of a lion cub.[2][3]
