Nogah is a Kuo-toa senior whip and cleric.[1]
Appearance
Nogah has scaled skin, webbed hands and feet and is quite bloated.[2]Her face is round and surmounted by wide, bulbous eyes that rarely blink.[3]Her long lip less mouth is full of needle like teeth.[4]She often wore gold-hued garments and a gold crown.[4]

History
In 1395 DR she found the Dreamheart in an drowned Illithid city deep under the Sea of Fallen Stars.[5] In 1396 DR she was striped of her whip status when she started to preach about an ancient power revealed to her by the Dreamheart.[6]When the kuo-toa of Olleth attempted to stop her, she summoned the Kraken Gethshemeth.[7]
Nogah was killed by poisoned crossbow bolts fired from aberrant kuo-toa in 1369DR.[8]

She uses a golden hued[4] pincer-staff.[1]
Abilities
Nogah can generate to co-generate bolts of lightning with another kuo-tan whip.[9]
