Description[]
The Oak and Spear tavern was a taphouse in the center of Highmoon, Deepingdale in late 14th century DR. It stood on the northeast corner of a three way intersection of the main roads that cut through the town and north of the High Market where Cormyrian and Sembian merchants sold their goods.
It was predominantly patroned by travelers and minstrels, and was famed for its home-brewed ale.[1]
