He owned the Ship's Wheel tavern located in the western section of Waterdeep's Sea Ward on the north side of Diamond Street where it joined Westwall Street near the West Gate.[2][3][4]
Olhin used to be an adventurer. He wisely invested his money to make him wealthy upon his retirement from the adventurer's life.[1]

He owned a slew of magic items including a ring of blinking, ring of protection, rod of lordly might, iron bands of Bilarro, a shortsword of quickness, and several more.[1]
