Ooumraun was the second ruler of the phaerimm.[1]
History[]
He was a colleague of Phaerl and developed many new spells. After Phaerl's death to the sharn, Ooumraun became prominent. Many believed that he knew many other, very powerful new spells that had he taught to no one, using them against his many enemies over the years.[1]
