In 1357 DR, opium dens, establishments where the drug was sold and smoked, were quite common in the hedonistic city of Semmishi.[3]
In 1482 DR, in the Little Calimshan district of Baldur's Gate one could partake in opium at the gambling den Oasis.[1]
