Orielen, also spelled Orielden, was a human hexblade and a Knight of Shar who served the Dark Lady's temple, the House of Night, in Shadowdale in the late 14th century DR.[1][2]
Activities[]
As part of his duties as the House of Night's head guardsman, Orielen kept a watchful eye over the two mezzoloths that stood as sentinels at the temple's front entrance.[1]
Relationships[]
Orielen served under High Priestess Esvele Greycastle. He led a small number of guardsmen, and was aided in his duties by two acolytes of the Sharran church, Telkin and Jorra.[1]
History[]
He was involved in the Zhent invasion of Shadowdale in the Year of Risen Elfkin, 1375 DR.[2]
