Ormsel Eltunarr was a member of the Harpers in the Eastern Heartlands in the mid-to-late 14th century DR.[1]

He was a caravan-master who specialized in running fast wagons. He was based in Mulhessen, but his activities ranged throughout Sembia and into the Dalelands.[1]

He was a friend of Mestrel Hawkmantle, a fellow Harper.[1]
History[]
In the Year of the Prince, 1357 DR,[2] Ormsel assisted Mestrel Hawkmantle by communicating the identities of several Zhentarim agents discovered by the latter to Harpers in Shadowdale.[1]
