The Pegasus language was the racial language of pegasi.[1][2]

Speakers[]

Beyond pegasi themselves, Pegasus was a common secondary language among many members of Faerûn's land dwelling elven subraces, such as the lythari,[3] moon elves, sun elves, and wood elves.[4]

Pegasus was also fairly common as a secondary language among druids devoted to certain nature deities.[5][6][7][8] These included the druids of Chauntea,[5][9] druids of Eldath,[6] druids and druid/rangers of Mielikki,[7] and the druids of Silvanus.[8] Other forms of specialty priests in the Realms for whom Pegasus was a commonly known secondary language included the Eldathyn peacemen.[6]
