History[]
Penelope was the wife of Dowell Harpell, the family spokesman in 1479 DR.[2] Penelope continued teaching magic to the reborn Catti-brie after she escaped from a Shadovar magic school. In 1484 DR, she was involved with all her family in the war started by drow associated with the Darkening.[3]
