Perrywinkle Shin was the highest-ranking active monk of the Monastery of the Yellow Rose in the Bloodstone Lands in 1484 DR.[1]

Perrywinkle was at his core a man who was at peace with himself and he retained a sense of humor. He greatly disliked subterfuge.[2]
History[]
Perrywinkle agreed to guide Jarlaxle and the two copper dragon sisters Tazmikella and Ilnezhara to the presence of the immortal grandmaster Kane.[1]
In 1491 DR, he had become Grandmaster of Flowers but the monastery was infiltrated by cultists of the Cult of the Howling Hatred. With the help of some adventurers, he cleared the monastery of their presence.[2]
