Philaerin was a moon elf and the Eldest of the Circle of Reilloch Domayr. He resided in Tower Reilloch on the island of Evermeet.[1]

Despite Philaerin's age, his face was smooth and unlined.[1]
History[]
Philaerin was slain in early 1374 DR when Tower Reilloch was attacked. He died protecting a vault in the Tower known as Nandiyerron's Armory.[2]
