Old Phlan referred to the areas of Phlan that were covered under new buildings during the city's long history of destruction and rebuilding.[1]

Description

The sealed chambers of Old Phlan often contained wondrous treasure and deadly monsters. Builders often refused to work in these areas due to the risk to their safety.[1]
