Pierce shield was an incredibly powerful spell used by wizards.[1]

A caster used this spell to overwhelm an opponent's magical defenses. It lowered the target's magical defense by a certain percentage, which was determined by the caster's skill level. Additionally, it also stripped one protection spell used by the target.[1]
