Piiradost Villa was the family estate of the Waterdhavian noble house Piiradost.[1][2][3]
Location[]
The villa was located in the north section of Waterdeep's North Ward on the northheast side of the intersection of Sashtar Street and the High Road at the border with the Sea Ward. The east side of the villa lay on Windborne Way.[4][5][6][7]
Description[]
Four separate buildings were found within the walled compound arranged around a central garden that included a small pond. The buildings stood one or two stories tall.[3]
