Potions of shield of faith, also known as armor of faith potions, were magic concoctions that created protective shell around the imbiber.[1][2]
Description[]
Potions of shield of faith were kept in corked crystal phials.[2]
Powers[]
When consumed, the potion formed a magical barrier around the imbiber that took the shape of enchanted armor that protected them from harm and gave them some protection from magic. The effects of the potions were similar to those of the shield of faith spell.[1][2]
History[]
In the Year of the Gauntlet, 1369 DR, potions of shield of faith were used by the members of the Cult of the Dragon who occupied the ruined elven city of Myth Drannor.[2]
