The slave market of Qudra in north Zakhara was an authorized and legal slave-trading hub.[1]
Activities[]
Since everything happening within the slave market was authorized by the court of Qudra, the slaves that could be found here were of the highest quality. Furthermore, they were not mistreated and were usually quite talented in a variety of skills. Aside from the skilled slaves, the slave market sold barbarians taken from the hill tribes and criminals who broke the Law of the Loregiver.[1]
The activities of the slave market were overseen by the half-elven sorcerer Shams al-Ezai. He was assisted by the a pair of hakimas–Tau'am and Tum bint Nisr.[1]
