Quirish was a tribal language of the Hordelands.[1]
Description[]
The grammar of Quirish had a subject–object–verb order. Long I and E vowels were drawn out. Consonants, especially its Ks, were harsh. The language was nasal, and Ls were also aspirated.[2]
Script[]
Quirish did not have a written script.[3]
History[]
Scholars classified Quirish both as an Eastern and as a Southern Imaskari language.[3] It was strongly influenced by Muhjuri and by the Shou Chiang languages of Shou Lung.[1]
