Prince Ralph MCVII was a political figure from the nation of Penbroc in the Whamite Isles, though he was not as highly ranked in Penbroc as King Ralph MCVI. Ralph represented Penbroc in a series of wild conflicts between various nations and pirates of the Whamite Isles[1] at some point prior to the mass death of the population in the Year of the Gauntlet, 1369 DR.[2]
