Relevant to the Forgotten Realms, Guay's art appears in City of the Spider Queen, Draconomicon: The Book of Dragons, Book of Exalted Deeds, Monster Manual II 3rd edition, Monster Manual v.3.5, and Epic Level Handbook. She also provided the covers for Dragon issues #255 and #280, as well as the cover for Dungeon magazine 65.
